Location

For 2009 we will be returning to one of our favorite trail systems at England Idlewild Park.  Here, you can ride a range of trails from Beginner to Advanced, and try your courage and handling skills on the popular Obstacle Course.  A group ride will take place after the clinic for those who are interested (and not too tired!).

Schedule

The day begins at 8 am with registration, coffee and breakfast, and a chance to talk to the wonderful folks from our local bike shops! They will help make sure your bike is set up right for you, and if you are having any minor issues, they are there to assist. Next, we'll break up into groups by skill level and fitness, and then the fun begins, and doesn't stop til noon!

Lunch

The fine folks at Cincinnati Off-Road Alliance (CORA) will be on hand to grill up some tasty post-ride grub for us (vegetarian friendly, of course). CORA works hard year-round to maintain our awesome local bike trails AND build new ones!

Group Ride

After lunch, anyone who's not totally zonked from the clinic should stick around for a fun and casual group ride to practice those sweet new skills.
