Introducing the Dirty Divas of MTB-Cincy Mountain Bike Team. The Dirty Divas Team was born of a successful co-ed team and a great idea. Quite simply, there are not enough women riding mountain bikes around here. As members of MTB-Cincy, a well established co-ed mountain bike racing team, we realized that we were in a position to change that. Through our experience in running a highly successful annual instructional clinic for women for six straight years, we realized that there were countless women who wished to participate in this exciting sport.They were just looking for a way in. That's where the Dirty Divas come in.

VISION:
The Dirty Diva vision is simple: to get more women on mountain bikes. Why? We believe that learning the skills and developing the strengths needed to ride a mountain bike extend to other aspects of a woman's life. By achieving what she never thought possible, like clearing a log in the trail, or completing a fast descent over rocky terrain, or finishing a grueling race, a mountain biker gains self-confidence. And incidently, she learns how to tear it up on a mountain bike!
